Electrophysiological Assessments of Cardiac Function
  • PCEC works with experienced cardiac scientists to deliver fast, complete and cost effective analyses of cardiovascular data in support of drug discovery or development.  ECG and cardiovascular analyses detect subtle changes in standard ECG intervals and drug-induced arrhythmias.

    • ECG signal analysis capabilities for data collected with multiple commonly used preclinical telemetry systems

    • Accurate assessments of ECG intervals (PR, QRS, QT/QTc) from continuously collected telemetry data

    • Automated or manual (expert) detection of various types of arrhythmias

    • Hemodynamic data (HR, MBP, etc.)

    • Custom studies

    • Statistical analyses

    • GLP reporting and RQAP certified QA

    • SEND (Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data) specifies a way to present nonclinical data in a consistent format, in order to improve exchanges between 2 data collection systems. Submitting data in SEND format is required by the FDA starting January 2019.

  • Study placement and monitoring at GLP contract research organizations
